Students may request a refund to class cancellation: However, the cost of the eBooks ($16 + Tax) is non-refundable. once the eBook key code has been issued, it cannot be reused for refund. . Only refunds request made prior to 48 Hours before the schedule class time will be honored . No Exceptions . students who fail to attend their scheduled class without prior notice will incur a $25 fee to reschedule. Our training manikins are equipped with feedback devices that measure the accuracy of chest compression depth and rate. To meet course completion requirements, participants must demonstrate the ability to maintain proper compression depth for two minutes, which is a rigorous physical task. If you anticipate any challenges in meeting this requirement, we encourage you to contact us before registering.
