BLS Provider (Instuctor-Led Class)

The American Heart Association (AHA) instructor-led class covers adult, child and infant one and two rescuer CPR. Class details include the following:

  • Class time: 3.5 hours
  • Video lesson 
  • Class discussions 
  • Skillls Practice 
  • Written Exam 
  • AHA BLS student manual ebook included in the price of the class. The link and keycode to access the ebook will be included in your confirmation email after you register for the course.

 

Return and Rescheduling Policy

Refund Policy:

  • Students may request a refund for class cancellations; however, the cost of the eBooks ($16 + Tax) is non-refundable. Once the ebook keycode has been issued, it cannot be reused for refund.
  • Only refunds requested made prior to 48 hours before the scheduled class time will be honored.
  • Cancallations/refund request must be made in writing to contact Info@logicscrubs.com

Rescheduling Policy:

  • Classes scheduled within 48 hours of the class time will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. 
  • Rrescheduling requst must be made in writing Via email to info@logicscrubs.com
  • Late arrivals of 20 minutes or more will not be allowed in the class and will incur a $25 fee to reschedule. NO EXCEPTIONS 
  • Students who fail to attend their scheduled class without prior notice will incur a $25 fee to reschedule.
